Do you charge any setup, or "service fees"?
At Felice Catering, we like to keep things simple and customer-friendly. That's why we don't believe in charging "service fees", even though it may be the "industry standard".
The only additional charges you can expect are a travel fee (if applicable) and sales tax, in addition to the per-person cost. We strive to provide you with a transparent and hassle-free experience, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of any additional fees associated with your event.
Can you setup in my backyard?
If your backyard has a driveway and is able to fit a small car, yes! If not, we can set up in your driveway and bring freshly cooked food to the back.
Do you provide utensils, napkins, or tablecloths?
We'd greatly appreciate it if you could provide your own tables and tablecloths of your liking. This way, you can personalize your event to your heart's content! We want to make sure you have everything you need to create the perfect ambiance for your special occasion. But if you would like for us to provide them, we can. Just let us know how we can assist you!
How is food served?
Our service is served buffet-style, as we believe it's the most effective way for your guests to try all types of pizzas and enjoy the interactive experience. In comparison to personal pizzas, the buffet style also allows for a faster service flow. Though, rest assured that we can serve however you like! Feel free to let us know your preferences, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
Are you licensed?
Absolutely! Felice Catering is fully insured with a multi-million dollar comprehensive liability insurance policy. We will include the event venue as a 'Additional Insured' for the specific day of your event.
How much space do you take up?
In terms of space, we kindly request a minimum area of 10x25 feet to set up our wood-fired oven and catering station.
Do you have a minimum?
Our minimums actually vary depending on the date. Each day is different, so it's best to send us a message to get accurate information. We're here to assist you, so please feel free to reach out!
Is gratuity included in the final price?
Our pricing does not include gratuity, as we believe it is ultimately up to you. However, we would be very grateful if you chose to leave a tip, as our pizzaiolos put a lot of effort into making your event special!
What is the deposit needed to book an event?
We kindly request a 20% deposit to secure your booking on the day of the reservation, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event. It's a standard practice that helps us ensure everything is set for your special day.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and checks for all transactions, and our catering quotes are typically based on these methods. However, credit and debit cards are also accepted for your convenience. Please note that a nominal fee of 4% will apply to credit card payments in order to cover processing costs. We strive to provide you with multiple payment options to suit your needs. Our menu sounds perfect, but several of our guests are vegetarians or need gluten-free options… what do I do?
We are delighted to offer complimentary gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese upon request to accommodate any dietary preferences. Additionally, our menu can be customized to meet your specific needs. We strive to provide exceptional service and ensure that your experience with us is tailored to your preferences.
Do you offer Halal options?
Yes, we do! Upon request, we are able to provide you with Halal pepperoni and chicken.
How far do you travel?
We are pleased to serve Los Angeles County and Orange County. Upon request, we may also travel further to accommodate your needs.
The feasibility of travel will depend on factors such as the number of guests and menu. However, rest assured that we are committed to providing the best possible service and will do our utmost to meet your request.
