Felice Italian Catering (hereinafter, “We,” “Us,” “Our”) is offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), subject to these Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). By opting in to or participating in the Program, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Description
We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages via various phone numbers and short codes. Messages may include event inquiry confirmations, follow-up questions about event details, reminders about scheduling tastings, and information about securing your booking. You agree to receive automated marketing mobile messages from us at the phone number you provided upon consent. You recognize that consent is not required to make any purchase.

2. User Opt-In
By providing your express written consent (e.g., by checking a box on our lead form), you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from us. Message frequency varies.

3. User Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the phone number or short code from which you are receiving the messages. Upon sending "STOP," you will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text. No further messages will be sent unless you re-activate your consent.

4. Carriers Are Not Liable
Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and Data Rates May Apply
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from us to you. You will receive messages as long your phone number is active and your carrier supports the service. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
