What service styles do you offer?
We offer pizza buffets, family-style service, and made-to-order service. The best option depends on your event type, guest count, and house or venue.
How much space do you need?
Our trailer-mounted wood-fired oven requires approximately 10 × 25 feet with clear vehicle access. Our brass and tabletop oven setups generally require a level 12 × 12-foot area.
What is the minimum guest count?
Minimum food and beverage pricing starts at $1,250 on Saturdays, $1,150 on Sundays, and $800 on weekdays. Minimums may vary based on peak season, travel distance, and oven selection. Hosting fewer than 25 guests? We can apply the minimum toward additional menu items. Contact us for a custom quote.
Do you provide plates, napkins, and utensils?
Disposable plates, napkins, and eating utensils are not included. You may provide your own, or we can supply disposables for an additional charge.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage, hold a health department permit, and certificates of insurance can be provided when your venue requires them.
